When the companies that move the market report. The largest US names across every
sector, the retail favourites, and the biggest global companies with a US listing —
about 120 in total.
Confirmed dates run about six weeks ahead. Beyond that, companies
simply have not announced yet, so anything further out is estimated from that
company's own reporting pattern and marked accordingly. Estimates are usually within a
few days but are occasionally wrong by a week or more — check with the company before
acting on one.

No US listing
These are genuinely enormous companies, but they trade only on their home exchange,
so the US calendar has no record of them. Listed here rather than quietly dropped —
a calendar that hides its gaps is worse than one that admits them.
How it is built
Source. Nasdaq's public earnings calendar, read one trading day at a time across the forward window.
Estimates. Where no date is confirmed, the next report is projected from the same fiscal quarter a year earlier plus 52 weeks — which preserves both the weekday and the seasonal slot. Companies are creatures of habit about this.
Watchlist. Hand-picked for sector spread rather than a strict market-cap cut, so it isn't only mega-cap tech. Every GICS sector is represented.
Refresh. Rebuilt daily. Confirmed dates replace estimates as companies announce.
